    At Lea's Cleaning Company, our move-in and move-out cleaning services take 2x as much time as our regular cleanings. Almost all the items that are included in our deep cleanings are included with our move out cleaning services. Main differences are furnished vs unfurnished. We do move in and move our cleanings in ALL of Maryland and Washington, D.C.


    Since the homes and offices typically do not have any furniture, there are other areas that we focus on to make sure that the house or office looks spotless after or before the move. The following items are the items we can do:


    • Cleaning of baseboards and door dustings


    • Cleaning windowsills and windows, inside only


    • Cleaning inside of all kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets


    • Cleaning of all kitchen appliances, inside and outside (inside fridge, oven, microwave)


    • Cleaning of all bathrooms


    • Cleaning of drapes (if requested, if able to clean since come of them can break)


    • Sweeping deck (if requested, if able to clean)


    • Cleaning unfinished basement (if requested, if able to clean since some cannot be done)


    • Cleaning of Hardwood floors (no buffing or stripping or floors)


    • Vacuuming Carpets, (no carpet cleaning or shampooing)


    • Cleaning inside of the oven and stove, not below or behind


    • Cleaning inside of the refrigerator and fridge, not below it or behind


    • Cleaning inside of the windows, no outside cleaning


    • Cleaning of all baseboards


    • Cleaning inside of all cabinets
